Did you create a huntPilot using the same # as the VM Pilot?

After you do that you have to create a LineGroup for VM, and create the
HuntList and add the ports for VM in that LineGroup.

You didn't mention doing that part so im just making sure you did.

Hope this helps.

Guys,

I am totally confused coz have very little knowledge of unity.

I have the unity server with 32 voice mail ports configured with my call
manager 5.1

and with one pilot number 7777. I know how to create the voice mail boxes
for the

user. But suppose one user has the extension 5656. How can I forward all the
coming calls of the user

to his voice mail box.

In call manager I have configured in line setting of the user to forward all
the calls to his VM.

But still not working. I have no idea where i am missing something now..

I really appreciate your support.

Many thanks,

I have a cluster of cisco CRS application ver 4.5. How can achieve the
following scenario:

When the caller dial on the specific externsion he listen the specific
recorded file and after

the end of the recorded file he can drop the voice mail message or something
this kind of

scenario where the administration can retrieve the voice mail messages
through phone sets.

Is this possible with the Cisco CRS? If so then how...

Appreciate and many thanks to all.
