[cisco-voip] Video Conferencing

Has anyone completed an IP Video Conferencing project that included the
Cisco 7985 IP Video Phones along with Tandberg 3000 and 1000 units?  If
so, are you pleased with the results, and did you encounter any major
"bumps" in the installation and implementation?  Also, does anyone have
an estimated cost for these Tandberg units?  Are there alternatives I
should consider?
