[cisco-voip] Minimum firmware ver. needed to upgrade from 3.1 to more current version?

I have a very very stubborn 7960 phone that is stuck
with a 3.1 firmware image on it under CCME. I can't
force it to erase itself to factory default. It isn't
working so I'm trying to find a firmware image that
the phone will accept since it isn't automatically
pulling the 7.2(T0.23) image it is supposed to
pull...and then upgrade the phone to 7.2(T0.23).

Where can I find this information?
