[cisco-voip] Minimum firmware ver. needed to upgrade from 3.1 to more current version?

I think you need to check and see why the phone isn't updating its
firmware... are other phones on the CME getting the new code, did they
get the new code from that device...

Possible that you are missing some critical file it is looking for...
try downloading the firmware from Cisco and re-uploading it to the
router, make sure you add all of the tftp-server commands for each
file and serve up the file under telephony-services (probably
something .loads... leave off the .loads tho...)
