[cisco-voip] 7961 with 7914 not getting power...

I just reread the doc, it says that if you are using an external power
supply on the phone, you can get away with one 7914 free.... if you
are using two you need two...

However, if you are using inline power, you need a power supply for
the first 7914...

This sucks...
