I am running IPCC 4x with an ultralink wallboard server which is
actually just a PC. After I patched the server with Microsoft fixes a
couple weeks ago, everything was working fine except ONE field which
tells the supervisor how many calls have bypassed the local helpdesk and
gone onto Intelliteach who is our off-site helpdesk backup group. The
field is called "IT" - I don't know what that stands for. If anyone has
any suggestions about ultralink wallboards, please let me know. I have
no idea. Thank you!
