running UCCX 5.0 and ccm 5.1 right now, just upgraded a few weeks ago from
4.x versions. I've run into a number of bugs, most of them not particularly
exciting:

Keep in mind running with HA server also

- Double pegs the total talk time of agents on the supervisor desktop
display (value is correct in hist reports though)
- Archive manager sometimes doesn't start properly on the secondary node,
causing backup to fail, work around is to restart node manager again.
- Agents are intermittently not able to blind transfer from CAD.. but works
ok from phone. Still trying to nail this one down with TAC. when I tried to
collect logs today for it, it was working for me and I couldnt re-create the
problem. love those.
- When adding HA server, the CTI ports did not update/synch properly and I
had to delete all of them and re-add them to get all the ports created.
- CAD/CSD installer had loopback address for the IPCC Server somehow... TAC
had to give me a couple special commands to fix it, postinstall.exe didnt
work like it was supposed to on the server to update that.

My big problem with the upgrade was getting a working upgrade license for HA
from cisco's licensing group - had to escalate the case once within
licensing and then start pestering my account team and anyone else who would
listen before I got the right key generated. VERY frustrating to continue
getting form letters and no interaction for their support (not talking about
TAC but rather the licensing group).

on the plus side, managers really like the new supervisor desktop and i've
had comment from the scripting person that the script editor works "better"
whatever that means.
