[cisco-voip] Tac Guys...... CM 4.1 and headset hookswitch control

The 4.1(3) support is for the 8.3(3) phone loads.  Currently it looks  
like 6.1 is the only CUCM version which lets you toggle this feature.

my understanding is that 4.1.3 is supported.  Can someone on the tac  
side throw me another bone?
