[cisco-voip] SRST issues in H.323

I am having issues with my SRST config.
I does not work 100% it will only fall into SRST when I stop access to
the CallManager. It will not work if the interface is shut/cut.

Am I doing something wrong?. I have made a SRST reference in my Call
Managers.
