[cisco-voip] record calls incoming and outbound

CM6 can't record calls by itself.  What it allows you to do is have CM 
direct a copy of an RTP stream to a secondary location (i.e.; a 
recording server) instead of having to have your recording application 
sitting on a SPAN port on the network.
