[cisco-voip] record calls incoming and outbound

Hi Kathy.  we use Duxsoft's MiaRec.  http://www.duxoft.com/miarec.html
 
Inexpensive and works like a charm.  We are on CM 4.2(3), with 7970
phones on firmware 8.2.2.
