the difference is the VIC2-4FXS/DID can provide DID feature on the single port , which means the single port with DID feature can route the incoming call from the PSTN to the destination number ( ip phone extension) , so u don't have to buy an E1 line for example to have the DID feature on it , you can just make it works on your analog VIC2-4FXS/DID .
