In this example, user extensions are four digits (8...)
You create a new ephone dn with a five digit number (28...), with the first
digit being the transfer to vm code. Then you have to configure the user's
e164 number in CUE as their extension with the same preceding digit as
configured on the new dial peer.
ephone-dn 286
number 28...
description TransferToVM
call-forward all 8900
This assumes that 8900 is your dial-peer for CUE.
