Joe,

This example is the cleanest way I have found to do it without messing with
the E164 field in CUE. In this example 37.. represents the 4-digit
extensions and a translation-profile is applied to the dial-peer going to
the CUE.

ephone-dn 108

 number *37..

 description transfer direct to VM

 call-forward all 6000

voice translation-rule 6000

 rule 1 /^.*\(....\)/ /\1/

voice translation-profile vmdirect

 translate redirect-called 6000

dial-peer voice 90 voip

description ** cue voicemail pilot number **

 translation-profile outgoing vmdirect

 destination-pattern 6000

 session protocol sipv2

 session target ipv4:10.75.100.2

 dtmf-relay sip-notify

 codec g711ulaw

 no vad
