You're referring to the Message Store Config Wizard? That's located on
the server at \Commserver\ConfigurationSetup\Setup.exe. If you just
re-run it though, you don't get to change much. To do that, I believe
you have to first uninstall it from Add/Remove programs. Failing all of
that, the Reconfiguration Guide explains how to change just about all of
the things you set in that wizard.
