[cisco-voip] CDR database error 10012 in CCM 5.1.2

Plenty of free disk space, this is CCM 5.x so is outside my control.

Looks like it is bug id CSCsk17300 and/or CSCsg01364 so looks like a
5.1.3 or 5.1.2 ES update is needed to fix it.
