[cisco-voip] CCM 4.1.3 to CCM 6.0

Would advise going to 6.1, there are a handful of defects (all of which 
I have hit multiple times...) which lead to some problems after 
upgrading to 6.0, most relate to database problems having to do with the 
IP VMS service.
