[cisco-voip] Error Deleting Unity Subscribers

Hi 

Following on from the thread below, there is a Cisco Technote for this:

I followed the link and couldnt get this working, I ticked the "Use NWI 
for message notification" box, saved it, tried to delete, nothing, then 
unticked it, saved, tried to delete, to no avail....

Turns out the mail server this account was linked to had been 
decomissioned and therefore Unity was looking for that server.  I used the 
DOHPROPTEST application to change the users mailbox to point to a valid 
server, saved it, then I had to refresh the NWI status, after that I was 
able to delete the account...

Just in case someone else gets the same problem :-)

Error Deleting Unity Subscribers Remove Highlighting 

Hi, 

Has anyone seen this error message before when attempting to delete a 
Unity 
subscriber? 

Delete failed 0x80043307 (E_NOTIFIER_USER_NOT_MONITORED). 

I can't seem to turn up anything pertinent on CCO.

Have you tried to delete from bulk subscriber delete(or whatever it's 
called)?

Yes, and that works ok. The delete function in SA worked once before,

It's happening on all that I try. But I just received this workaround from 

a friend: 

To delete the subscriber, open the subscriber's Messages page in the SA. 
Check the "Use MWI for message notifications" box and save the page. 
Click the Delete icon to delete the subscriber. 

Seems strange to me, but it works. After making the change and saving it, 
the subscriber was deleted.
