[cisco-voip] Unity 5.01 CiscoUnity_UMR Issue

Hello Team,

we have a problem with our new installed Unity 5.01 system (Lotus Domino 6.5.6 Integration):

When a caller leaves a message on the voicemailbox, the voicemail is not delivered to the subscriber, neither via email nor mwi-notification. If the subscriber accesses the voicemail via phone, he gets: ...you have no new messages.... 

Maybe the following error message has to do with this problem?:
In the Eventlog of our Unity 5.01 Server every 5 minutes the following errormessage appears:

CiscoUnity_UMR
Description:
Attempts to deliver Unity Message Repository messages have failed due to Unity configuration or connectivity issues with the Partner Mail Server .
......

Please take a look at the attached screenshot for the complete error message.

Could this be the cause of this problem? If not, what could cause the voicemails not being delivered to the subscriber?
