[cisco-voip] Phone proxy with ASA

phone proxy comes with 25 licenses to start then you can buy additional
licenses.

as for the ASA..... I don't know if the BU has an answer for that yet as the
product (ASA version 8.0.4) is not currently out yet anyway.
