the digit manipulation is not on gateway. you need to dig around in your
route patterns/route lists/route groups to figure out how you are routing
calls. once you find your LD route, you can easily get this working.
find your LD route pattern which could look like this 9.1[2-9]XX[2-9]XXXXXX
and you can get this working by changing to 91.[2-9]XX[2-9]XXXXXX with
predot discard. or if your route pattern is 9@ you would use DDI pre at
11D->10D.
In any case, everyone is just speculating because CCM is so powerful and
flexible with it's digit manipulation that none of us can really know how
your system is programmed.

forwarded call. Can you capture a 931 from a normal (non forwarded) LD call
to ensure that the CCM is really sending the LD direct dials out as a 10
digit called number?
