[cisco-voip] G.722 Capability Advertisement

After applying DevPack 65 to CCM 4.1(3)sr2, some newer devices have
the capability to "Advertise G.722 Codec" (e.g. 7985s, 7945s). In the
Device configuration, options are Disabled, Enabled or Use System
Default.

However, in CCM 4.1(3) I cannot find the "Advertise G.722 Codec"
System Default as it's not on the Enterprise Parameters' page. I
thought this may be an SR issue, so have 4.1(3)SR6a installed on a
test system and the G.722 System Default isn't there either. I've
checked in the CallManager Service Parameters too.
