Not really.

You can just install a TFTP server and you would only have to copy
ringtones, MOH and firmware to it... there is an option on the TFTP
service of the publisher that tells it where to copy the config files
to (a windows path statement)... I have never done it and cannot vouch
for its reliability, but it could be entertaining to try...
