This probably isn't much help, but
0751[0-9]T is just the same as 0751T
however, you're probably better off with exact length patterns, as  
they match & dial out faster.
like 0751.......$ (make sure you have the proper amount of periods there :) )

Also, 078[56][048]T (commas aren't needed, this does the same thing as  
your example) matches actually 6 patterns:
07850, 07854,07858, 07860, 07864, 07868

However, depending on your national numbering pattern, it is probably  
safe to just use 078[56]T (or again, more exact patters) if you can  
reasonably expect, that no other carrier uses 07851 for example.
