[cisco-voip] overhead paging vs ip phones

Thanks Mike and Monica for your replies. It makes sense with the FXO ports
and being able to ship out digits to control the zone. I was hoping I could
do this with FXS ports - that's where I was seeing difficulty with the delay
in sending digits out.
I can understand it being cheaper with the paging controller, but with
IPCelerate, I'm hoping we can make things easier and group zone by graphical
interface rather than a list of buildings and zones.
