[cisco-voip] Blocking CallerID UCM 6.1

It's all going to depend on the carrier.  With some of my PRI's, I can 
send *any* ANI outbound, including blank.  With other PRI's, if I don't 
send an ANI the carrier inserts the lead number for the circuit.
