Just to clarify, I was talking about Attendant Console. Sorry for the confusion.

Hello Jean-francois,

Your description is an amalgamation of components so it would be very helpful to clearly and correctly identify the affected components. Attendant Console is usually used to control attendant/secretary/admin phones. AutoAttendant typically refers to either a Unity callhandler or it may refer to a script included with IPCCExpress product. All of which have different ldap interactions. Please clarify what they are using, what they are doing, and what is the unexpected result.

/Wes

I have a customer complaining that their AutoAttendants lose connection to the LDAP directory from time to time and to fix the issue he must restart the AutoAttendant server in CCM.

CCM version 5.1 synched with external AD.

Any ideas where to start looking?
