I re-read that bug description, and it suggests that the phone update
actually succeeds after clicking on the CDP pop-up messages, hence its
severity 5 rating. I was seeing a script error following these messages
and the update didn't occur.

I've since applied SR5d to a lab system after replicating the fault with
same orignal SR/DevPack, and applying SR5d does indeed fix the problem,
and the CDP-related messages go away.

The CRS compatibility matrix has just been revised, and includes
4.1(3)SR5d (though not SR6a yet) as a supported CCM release for CRS
4.0(5), though a later JTAPI version is included, so a cluster JTAPI
synchronisation will be required.
