[cisco-voip] Cisco Unity Express / Voicemail loggin issue

Hi ,
   
  I am facing some issue in loggin to the Voicemail. While pressing  the voicemail number I get a greeting to enter my userid to access the voicemail. Is this the  userid (name) which is configured in User configuration page or Is it the PIN number for the mailbox of the user.
   
  I have tried both, but unable to loggin to the voicemail. 
   
  Any Kind thoughts on this.
