[cisco-voip] *nix box for DHCP/TFTP

I'm not sure you'd need Cisco's TFTP server for that.
I am guessing that those XML configuration files are
dynamically generated by the CallManager service and
could hence be stored on a *nix server easily. I could
be mistaken.
