[cisco-voip] Legal Requirement for Voice Mail Storage

India is openning up pretty soon for PSTN Interconnect, Cisco India
implemented a callmanager system partioned for pstn and voip access i.e that
too lines on one phone where one is used for PSTN and other one is for
Internal Voip calling and using partions and CSS PSTN line cant dial any of
the voip extensions.
