[cisco-voip] replacing w2k with w2k3 on 7855I

You will probably need to reinstall win2k3 manually, instead of using the
platform disks.
seen a couple of times, that the platform disc was not compatible with the
server in place.
will only take you some extra time, should not be a major issue i guess.
