[cisco-voip] BRI for voice?

Anybody in north america install BRI for voice? I was
going underneath the assumption that a BRI would be
just like a PRI except with only two voice channels as
opposed to 23. 

Does a BRI provide all of the same services as a PRI?
If so, is a BRI significantly cheaper than a PRI?
