[cisco-voip] Accessing Corporate Directory during Publisher Failure on 4.2(3) cluster

Hi,
since in the Enterprise parameters, the phone url has only one url 
parameter to configure,
how is it possible to configure in a 4.2(3) cluster so a user can access 
the Corporate Directory when publisher fails and the phone gets 
registered to the subscriber?
I know that the Subscriber keeps a read only database of all these 
records in the corporate directory.
