<B>Symptom:</B>

HTTP 404 error occurs when trying to open online help from Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration page in case the browser locale is Japanese.



<B>Conditions:</B>

Cisco Unified Communications Manager 6.0(1)



<B>Workaround:</B>

Change the browser locale to en-us and try to open the online help.

If I change  /it/ with the  /en_US/   all works fine.

Is it possible to change the help URL so I can solve the problem? Where I can find the path paramenter for the Hel Menu?
