[cisco-voip] RightFax Outbound Dialing

Hey Guys,

Here I go with another RightFax question.
I have searched the archives all the way back to Jan of 06. I didnt find a
similar question as mine so I am turning to the list.
Also RightFax tech support isnt being very cooperative.
Basically I have RightFax up and running.
My setup consists of a RightFax server with a Brooktrout ISDN card. I have
CuCM 5.1 and a 2851 with two PRI's from the telco and a 3rd PRi for the
RightFax. No T38 is configured anywhere. All 3 PRi's are MGCP controlled.
The call flow is voice/Fax calls come in from the Telco on the first 2
Pri's. I have route patterns in CUCM to send the Fax calls to the RightFax
PRI. That works as it should. Users get their faxes and so far none of them
are cut halfway thru or anything. They are fine with that.
The problem is that no outbound faxes are working. The call isnt even handed
off to the Telco PRI's.
I can see in the debugs that the calls seize a channel on the correct PRI
but that is it. I get the following:

Jan  7 16:32:21.403: ISDN Se0/1/1:23 Q931: RX <- SETUP pd = 8  callref =
0x0001

       Bearer Capability i = 0x9090A2
               Standard = CCITT
               Transfer Capability = 3.1kHz Audio
               Transfer Mode = Circuit
               Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s
       Channel ID i = 0xA98382
               Exclusive, Channel 2
       Called Party Number i = 0x80, '99546439082'
               Plan:Unknown, Type:Unknown
Jan  7 16:32:21.411: ISDN Se0/1/1:23 Q931: TX -> RELEASE_COMP pd = 8
callref =
0x8001
       Cause i = 0x8081 - Unallocated/unassigned number

Why is it giving me "Unallocated/Unassigned number" when I have route
patterns that match what is being dialed. Another odd thing i saw is that
there is no calling # in the debug. I have tried to have RightFax prefix the
9, I have tried it manually and I get the same debug output. At this point
Im lost as to why CUCM is rejecting the call.

Thanks for any help you guys can provide.
