In that same debug look and see what channel is it trying to grab..
And then reconfig it to use less channels in the controller config..
I had a problem like this a while back... and found the CO had busied out channels for testing...

Later,
Jim

Subject: [cisco-voip] Outbound calls failing 0x80D2 - Identified channel does not exist

Hi All,

I am experiencing a problem with outbound calls that I have not seen
before doing a CCM implementation. When attempting to place a call to
the PSTN, it fails and debug isdn q931 reports the error "0x80D2 -
Identified channel does not exist". Incoming calls from the PSTN work
correctly.

It's a 3825, currently running the shipped 12.4(13d) IOS and using MGCP
to CallManager 6. I am using the same config I have used elsewhere that
has worked without any issues. The config is as follows:

controller E1 0/0/0
 framing CRC4 Australia
 pri-group timeslots 1-31 service mgcp
 description E1 to PSTN
!
interface Serial0/0/0:15
 no ip address
 encapsulation hdlc
 isdn switch-type primary-net5
 isdn incoming-voice voice
 isdn bind-l3 ccm-manager
 isdn bchan-number-order ascending
 no cdp enable
!
voice-port 0/0/0:15
 cptone AU
!

The debug isdn q931 when placing a call is as follows:

---------------------------
Jan  8 18:53:02.819 CDT: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: TX -> SETUP pd = 8
callref = 0x001A
        Sending Complete
        Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A3
                Standard = CCITT
                Transfer Capability = Speech
                Transfer Mode = Circuit
                Transfer Rate = 64 kbit/s
        Channel ID i = 0xA9839F
                Exclusive, Channel 31
        Calling Party Number i = 0x0181, 'xxxxxxx'
                Plan:ISDN, Type:Unknown
        Called Party Number i = 0xA1, 'xxxxxxx'
                Plan:ISDN, Type:National
Jan  8 18:53:02.883 CDT: ISDN Se0/0/0:15 Q931: RX <- RELEASE_COMP pd = 8
callref = 0x801A
        Cause i = 0x80D2 - Identified channel does not exist
----------------------------

Any suggestions on what I should be looking at for this issue???
