[cisco-voip] Attendant Console call transfer issue

Here are the details of whats going on,

When the front desk person gets a transferred call from another user,
the call shows up on their AC as "Conference" then sometimes they are
unable to transfer that call to another party. They get a error
message on AC about unable to transfer the call or the call is no
longer there. This part of the problem I did not see because it didn't
happen when I was working with them on what they were doing. They were
able to transfer the call that shows up as "Conference" fine with AC
GUI. The front desk people use AC strictly and never touch their
phone.

Most of the calls, and test calls I did with them and transferred
around did not show up as "Conference" on the AC display, except for
this one user. Wheneverr they transferred calls to the front desk, AC
shows "Conference". They are doing the transfer the same way as I did
it and other users, they press transfer softkey, then 0, then transfer
right away. 0 is a translation pattern that goes to the front desk
extension. The front desk phone/DNs and the user whose transfer call
showed up as conference are all in the same device pool and region.
Other peoples transfers show up as "Conference" also who do the same
transfer method but it is not happening on all transfers to the front
desk from users. I had thought maybe it was way some were doing the
transfer but I did using transfer keys like them and it said
Conference sometimes.

Why is AC showing "Conference" ? I am looking through a CCM trace now
but just wondering if anyone else has seen this.
