[cisco-voip] CER 2.01 onsite notification call - audio cuts off and goes silent

Hi,
I've been working with Cisco on this, but was curious if anyone has
seen an issue where the CER onsite notification call gets cut off at
the beginning and the person doesn't hear the message except for the
very beginning? On the phone, if you press the ? key to see the
stats, the Rx packet count stops increasing when the audio stops being
heard.
This is the only call having this problem in their environment and the
servers, phones, gateways, etc are in same VLAN and attached to same
switch. The phones are 7940/7960s with 8.0.7 firmware. They had
recently upgraded their Call Manager servers and CER from older
versions to CCM6 and CER 2.01 and did not have this problem before.
Nothing in the network changed other then the upgraded CCM/CER
servers.
