[cisco-voip] VoIP Paging

Bogen will integrate with pretty much any paging system out there.  there
TAM-B device is the defacto standard for this.

Also Synapps will do both XML paging and open a line to the TAM-B so that
you can do both over the phone and overhead paging.

I have done both of these so let me know if ou need some pointers.
