[cisco-voip] best logs to see if message notification is working

Email notifications or outdial notifications? For email notifications,
if you just want to confirm whether or not they were sent, the easiest
thing to check is Exchange message tracking. If you're looking for an
actual log (trace) to enable, or are using outdials, you can enable the
macro trace for 'Traces for other notification problems' and collect the
output from AvCsMgr and AvNotifier, but that's a little hard core. I
believe there are also reports you can run to view notification activity.
