[cisco-voip] Unity will not restart

Services aren't quiet about it when they don't start, check your event 
logs, you should find a number of errors, which may or may not be 
informative :-)

If it is just a password/logon-as-service issue, you'll see it in the 
system log. If it is anything else (likely exchange/ad config), you'll 
hear about it in the app log.
