Hello All
Want to see if anyone has heard of this or done it. IPCC Express
Premium 4.05
When our call center is busy and has a large call queue we want to be
able to give the caller the option to leave a call back number,
disconnect from the system, maintain their original place in queue, and
when they are finally about to be connected to an agent, the system will
generate a call back to the number that was entered (or collected) and
the original caller will be connected to our call center agent as
normal.
This will allow the caller to maintain their place in queue, but they
will not have to physically wait on the line for the next available
agent.
