[cisco-voip] ipcc express AA (auto attendant script and prompts)

Does someone have access to IPCC Express ver 4-0 Auto Attendant sample
script/s. I want to assist a customer in writing a basic script with a
menu with options to transfer to an operator and an option for a
caller to enter the extension of the person he wants to call - very
basic functionality. Unfortunately it does not look like their system
has the AA sample with the correct prompts that one use to get with
some of the IPCC express / crs applications and I don't see any on
cisco's web site. 

 

My scripting knowledge is a bit poor and a sample with prompts or the
location where I can get a sample script with prompts will be greatly
appreciated
