[cisco-voip] IPCC Express Upgrade License

Hi Folks,

Has anyone here performed an "Upgrade" from IPCC Express 4.0(x) to 5.0.1? I
have an upgrade license from cisco's licensing team, when I look at it in
notepad it doesnt appear to specify actual features that we are licensed
for, such as enhanced agent and HA. The instructions in the installation
docs for 5.0 only address direct upgrades from 4.5 or using a license
generator to go from 3.x to 5.

How do my existing licenses transfer over? I've had some advice from an SE
at Cisco on the upgrades and he thinks I will just add the upgrade license
and then add the 4.0 licenses. This makes sense, but he didn't seem 100%
sure and recommended I contact licensing again and see if they will just
re-key me a complete license just in case (which hasn't panned out so far,
they've just sent me a second upgrade license)

Upgrading CCM and rebuilding IPCC this weekend so just trying to get this
last duck in a row so it all goes relatively smoothly. If I didn't just jinx
myself already.
