[cisco-voip] CCM6 MOH

Ok gather detailed IPVMSA traces from startup to when it stops playing
audio, system and application event logs, and detailed ccm traces so TAC can
pinpoint exactly when it should be invoking MOH.

OK, when I am on hold, I am getting packets... they are just blank,
apparently...
