Ok,
Makes sense now. I was trying to block them all together and also trying to
get the RF server to insert a pause but that wasn't happeing either.
I will try doing what you suggested on the server.
Thanks for the help,
Joel P

In this case the DTMF code has to be entered as inband audio. you cannot
just block all the numbers together. to support this fax server would have
to:
send digits to specify destination number
wait a period of time or wait for tone from carrier
send the DTMF code as inband audio (inband only from the sense it does not
go over the d-channel, it will still be out of band on the VOIP leg through
CM)
then wait for the call to fully connect.

Here is a new one for me guys, hopefully you can help out.
As im sure some of you guys might remember I just recently installed a
RightFax solution for a customer.
All is going well with that up to now. I just received an email from the
customer that they are going to introduce "Carrier Access Codes" for all LD
calls.
Now, I know all about FAC's and CMC's and such and those are a breeze
usually.. But in this case once you dial an LD # the carrier prompts you for
an access code so you have to enter it manually.
In Right fax i can set up the same Access codes, but since my right fax
server has a PRI to my MGCP GW then it just passes all the digits and doesnt
give a chance for the carrier to prompt you for the Access Code. I have
tried to insert pauses but it isnt working.
Has anyone run into a similar situation?
Thanks,
Joel P
