You will run DMA (Data Migration Assistant) which will install the IBM
Informix Database System onto your CCM 4.X box, and then it will
migrate the data from SQL to IDS.

The resultant TAR file is about 15MB and does not contain CDR records.

Personally, I would recommend upgrading to 4.1 first, then run DMA, it
is much smoother and less prone to error.
