Wow, I completely misread your post...
OK, for UCCX, you are even more screwed...
I just went through this with a customer... there is no way to retain
historical data because there is no upgrade path from UCCX 4.0 to UCCX
5.0... It is a complete reinstall from scratch...
What we ended up doing for a customer was recommending that they go
from UCCX 4.0 to UCCX 6.0 (and CCM 4.1 to CCM 4.3, then they can
eventually upgrade to CCM7...)
