Here's the important snippet
"CiscoTSP001-10.0.1.29" and "CTI heartbeat timeout"
There is a message (heartbeat / keepalive) sent every 30 seconds between
the TAPI TSP at that IP Address and the CTIManager service.
The error message you pasted means the CTIManager did not receive that
heartbeat from the TSP client. In this case it closed the CTI Provider
that was opened (whatever devices and lines the TSP had opened to
monitor / control).
